What are your delivery options?
Standard delivery
Less than 1.2kg = £5
Over 1.2kg = £6.50
Receive your order within 3 - 5 working days.
Priority delivery (£6.50)
Order before 1pm to enjoy next day delivery (Monday – Friday, excluding bank and public holidays).
Do I need to be at home for my delivery?

Your order will be delivered through Royal Mail, UPS or FedEx.

If you’re not in, the courier service will leave a card telling you how you can collect your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I've changed my mind about my purchase. What are the conditions of return?

The products should be returned to ParaX within 28 days of the order date.
- Contact ParaX to arrange your return.
Be sure to package your returns carefully (they need to be received in good condition & unopened in original delivery packaging in order for us to process your refund).
How soon will I receive my refund?
Your credit/debit card will be credited once we’ve received and processed your return.
The credit may not show up on the very next statement you receive in the mail unless it is within your credit/debit card company’s billing or statement cycle, but it should appear on the next one.
What’s the 100% guarantee?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We'll be glad to exchange your item or refund the full price if you choose to return it within 28 days of delivery. Special terms apply to certain products such as propellers. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
